"Divergent" a Recommended Read by Skylar S.

Divergent is a book set in the future when the world is basically supposed to be a utopia and for most people it is. However, in the dystopian Chicago, you have a choice that decides your future for the rest of your life. Beatrice Prior, a member of the faction called Abnegation, has turned 16-years-old and must take an aptitude test which will help her make the choice between who she is and her family. She will either stay Abnegation or become Erudite, Dauntless, Amity, or Candor. Which is going to be more important?
This book has a sequel called

Insurgent
will be part of a trilogy.
