Rodzina is just an average girl my age, though she's an orphan. Her father died in an accident at his job. Her mother died a while after of heartbreak. Her brothers died in a fire at her Aunt's place, and her aunt vanishes after that disaster. Rodzina is now alone on a train getting sent away from the place she calls home, Chicago. They make two major stops for orphans presented for possible adoption. Will Rodzina ever have a family again? Or will the training school for boys and girls in California be her last stop in life?
